I want to offer the last class for 2022 next Wednesday 28th December (6-8pm GMT) as a reflective Yin yoga session finishing with a Loving kindness practice. A longer 2 hour session. Working around the entire body. Upper and lower body. Hope to see some of you there. All the best Sudaka
