Our New Format Teacher Training, How & Why?

Online programme – commitment of 2 hours per week. September 2025 to May 2026

• You complete 21 sessions make the Foundation course, the first four months.
• Then over 5 months we work through our comprehensive teacher training programme. “The Art of Yoga Teaching”
• The classes are Live and Direct with access later to the recorded videos.
• Finally on a one week Residential course we hone our skills and gets lots of “hands-on” practice in Suryavana (1-8 July 2026)
